Barb (Joyce) Giese

Barb was born June 29, 1941, in Wall, SD, the daughter of Warren and Bernice (Nelson) Joyce.  She graduated from Wall High School and continued her education at Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, earning her Degree in Education. 

Barb was united in marriage to Roger Giese on June 27, 1964, in Wall, SD.  They lived in Willmar before they purchased Diamond Clear Ice Company in Marshall, retiring in 1999.

She is survived by her husband, Roger, of 59 years; daughters, Kimberly (Brent) Harder of Delano, Amy (Joel) Napgezek of White Bear Lake, Angela (Reid) Bellig of Little Falls, and Debbie (Chris) Gotziaman of Minneapolis; 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, James Joyce.
