Carol F. Eickhoff, 59, of Willmar, died March 30, 2021 at her home in Willmar. Public visitation will be from 10-11:00 am Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Grace Lutheran Church in Belgrade followed by a private family funeral. Burial will be in Grace West Cemetery. Carol Fay Eickhoff was born on April 25, 1961, in Sauk Centre, the daughter of Loren and Verna (Meyer) Eickhoff. She grew up on the family farm near Belgrade and attended the Belgrade School District. She made her home with her parents in Belgrade until 1998 when she moved to Chrysalis group home, now Rem Group Home, where she worked for West Central Industries until her retirement in 2019.
Carol was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. She enjoyed going for walks, crafting, watching tv, reading, dancing, western music, animals, camping, her sister’s night out and all family gatherings.
Carol is survived by her siblings, Phyllis (Duaine) Bendorf, Larry (Lorraine) Eickhoff, Joyce (Howard) Soine, Velma (Jim) Gable, Sharon (Roger) Oeltjenbruns, Karen (Mark) Kuefler and Dennis (Roz) Eickhoff and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Deloris Hamann; brother-in-law, Larry Oeltjenbruns; nieces Angie Oeltjenbruns and Shylia and Madisen Huber and nephews, Gareet Soine and Hunter Soine.
