Carol Sage

Carol (Franta) Sage, age 80, of Spicer, MN and Maricopa, AZ, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2025. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Lakes in Spicer, MN, at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Carol will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of love, loyalty, and joy for life will remain forever in their hearts. She was born on June 29, 1944, in Redwood Falls, MN.

She grew up in Wabasso, MN, and carried the values of loyalty, kindness, and deep connection to her roots throughout her life. Carol had a great love for both water and music, finding joy and solace in their presence. Whether listening to her favorite tunes or spending time near the water, she embraced life with passion and grace.

Carol was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her loving husband, Len; daughters, Susan (Chris) and Amy (Dan); son, Dave (Mandy); eight beloved grandchildren; her sister, Kay; as well as nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
