Our sweet Dechlan Hoff Lindner was born on June 4, 2024, in Willmar, Minnesota. Even before he arrived, he was deeply cherished. The day Dechlan entered the world, the sun seemed to shine a little brighter and our hearts grew with a joy we never thought possible.
From the start, Dechlan’s bright, beautiful eyes lit up every room. As he grew, his vibrant personality began to shine through. His giggles were contagious, his smile could soften any heart, and his endlessly curious little tongue was always on the move.
Dechlan adored his big brother Brooks. He loved to chase him, push him around, and follow him - everywhere - always with a mischievous grin and an overflowing heart. Their bond was filled with laughter and pure brotherly love.
He was a joyful force of nature - a baby of “Perfect Destruction.” From smiling with a mouthful of cat hair, crawling onto anything he shouldn’t, tugging on mama’s hair, scratching daddy’s tattoos, attacking papa’s sunglasses, to launching himself off steps into bursts of giggles - Dechlan lived fully and fearlessly.
Dechlan was pure happiness. He was the kind of baby every parent hopes for - full of light, laughter, and boundless love. He was surrounded every day by the warm embrace of his parents, his big brother Brooks, his beloved nookie, and his extended family. On the day God called him home, Dechlan took with him a piece of our hearts and left behind a legacy of love that will live on forever.
In the embrace of family and the arms of Jesus, Dechlan is survived by his parents Taiton and Karli; Big brother Brooks; all of his loving grandparents: Joe and Ricki Caskey; Ryan and Tara Thuney; Reed and Carrie Adrian; Dustin and Nikki Hoffman; Emily Souther: great-grandparents: Arlene Nelson, Darrol and Charlotte Finkbone; Ardythe and Gordon Thompson; Earl Habben; Dolores Moffatt: Great grandparents: Karen Johanson; Wayne and Tammy Hendrickson; Julie and Steven Saccoman; Ruth Caskey; Mike and Tammy Thuney; Cathy and Mike Koetter; Darrell and Sandi Lindner; Garland and Marla Adrian; Bruce and Tammie Anderson; Julie Hoffman; Melany Souther; Carol and Donny Halverson: Aunts and Uncles: Brock, Levi, Braeden, Jett, Ryder, Piper, Michael, Triston, Shanae, Evan, Ciera, Elly, Emmalee, Ean, Henry, Lincoln, Everleigh, Maverick: and many, many cousins and family.
