Gail A. Krossman, 69, of Willmar, died Saturday, August 24th at Rice Hospital in Willmar. Her funeral service will be 11:00 am, Friday, August 30th at First Reformed Church in Willmar. Visitation will be 5-7:00 pm, Thursday, August 29th at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar and continue one hour prior to her service at the church. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Willmar. www.hafh.org
Gail Adele Krossman was born September 4, 1954, to Wilfred and Joann (Visser) Lintel in Chamberlain, South Dakota. Her family later moved to Brooten where she graduated high school. After high school, she went to Germany for six months where she met her future husband, Ray Krossman. Gail continued her education after returning from Germany at Willmar Community College in Willmar and Southwest State University in Marshall. Ray and Gail were married on April 19, 1974 in Brooten. To this union 2 children were born, Tony and Sarah. They made their home in Willmar, where she worked for Somody Supply and Jennie-O.
Gail and Ray were members at First Reformed Church in Willmar. Gail was an active member and was an elder, led women’s circle, women’s ministry, bible studies, and taught the Heidelberg Catechism for forty years.
Gail enjoyed traveling, reading, sewing, and spending time with family, especially with her grandchildren.
Gail is survived by her husband Ray of Willmar; children: Tony (Shelly) Krossman of New London, Sarah (Stuart) Kirchner of Marshall; grandchildren: Brielle, Riley, Wyatt, Haylee and Elsie. She is further survived by her siblings: Barb (Duane) Zwagerman and Rick (Brenda) Lintel, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilfred and Joann.
