Harrison "Harry" Jeffrey Dahl was born April 24, 2012, in Willmar the son of Michael and Lara (Lungstrom) Dahl. He was baptized at Peace Lutheran Church and attended Sunday School and church at Living Word Lutheran Church. He grew up in New London where he loved being with his family and being outside. Harrison knew how to make a witty comment to get under his brother's skin. He loved snuggling up to his three dogs at home, and could tell a 9-hour story in a quick, short sentence. He was right to the point. For his birthday he always picked biscuits and gravy for his birthday supper, it was his favorite.
Harrison attended Prairie Woods Elementary and New London-Spicer Middle School where he was involved in 5th-6th grade football and the NLS Youth Wrestling program. He was the best teammate. Always there to cheer a teammate on. He didn't care too much for school, but always tried his best. He marched to the beat of his own drum.
Harry loved anything outdoors; deer and duck hunting and fishing were his absolute favorite. He was so hard to get up in the morning for school, but 3 am to go duck hunting he popped right out of bed. He still holds the record for biggest pike, a 38" caught one evening. No matter who got a deer or a duck, he was always so proud of them, but still kept a competition with his brothers. He was a great friend, always there for them helping in any way that he could. He loved with all of his heart and had such a gentle way with kids younger than him.
Harrison is survived by his parents, Michael and Lara Dahl; brothers, Gage and Drew; grandparents, Philip and Janelle Lungstrom and Jeffrey and Cynthia Dahl; aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
