James Coy Bratton Jr

James Coy Bratton Jr., 61, of Willmar, died Sunday, September 15th at his home. Visitation will be from 10-11:00 am, Monday, September 23rd followed by family remembrances at 11:00 am at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar, www.hafh.org. 

James Coy Bratton Jr. was born June 26, 1963, to James C Bratton Sr, and Shirley Roach in New Castle, Indiana. He attended school Chrysler Indiana and graduated from Chrysler High School in 1982. Following his graduation, he enlisted in the US Navy and honorably served for five years. Jim had various jobs but enjoyed working at Video Update and Blockbuster the most. He loved telling jokes to make people smile and laugh. He also enjoyed video games, superheroes and anything Godzilla.

He is survived by his daughter: Elizabeth Bratton (Joseph) of Willmar and their daughter, Seras; son, James Bratton III of Willmar; fiancée: Tabitha Johnson of Willmar; and mother, Shirley Bratton of New Castle, IN.

He was preceded in death by his father, James C. Bratton Sr.
