Junice "June" Harris Obituary
June (Lubenow) Harris, 82, of Starbuck, sadly passed away on February 2, 2025, following a courageous battle with cancer.
June will always be remembered for her caring ways and dedication as a nurse for 60+ years, her love of gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
June was preceded in death by her parents, Hugo and Emily Lubenow; brothers, Robert Lubenow and Richard Lubenow; and her very special soulmate, Marlin Larson.
She is survived by her son: Greg (Lisa) Harris; grandchildren: Breenna (Joe) Sanden and Brady (Nicole) Harris; great-grandchildren: Slater, Glennis, Otto, Jaxtyn and Coltyn; and her siblings: twin sister, Jean (Bruce) Bastin, Bertha (Harvey) Asmus, Linda (Mark) Colden and Albert (Vicky) Lubenow; and sisters-in-law: Pam Lubenow and Judy Lubenow.
A celebration of June's life will be 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Saturday, February 15, at 17788 Stangeland Drive in Glenwood with a brief prayer service at 11:30 am.
