Logan A. Schroeder

Logan A. Schroeder, 25, of St. Cloud, died Thursday, August 6th at his home.  There will be a private family service held with interment in Clover Leaf Cemetery in Willmar. The celebration of life will start at 5:30 pm, Saturday, August 15th, at Fraternal Order of Eagles, 136 6th St SW, Willmar. Logan Alan Schroeder was born March 30, 2001, in Willmar, the son of Lee Schroeder and Lacy Jo Gonzales.  He grew up in Willmar until the Army transferred his father in 2016, the family then moved to Elk River.

Logan grew up surrounded by his family, friends, and the games he loved. From board games with his family or video games with his buddies. His determination showed early, earning a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and becoming a standout wrestler. In his teen years, he brought that same drive to the basketball court and football field.

In adulthood, Logan worked several jobs across Willmar, Elk River, and St. Cloud. Life was not always easy for him, and he carried more weight on his shoulders than most ever knew. But even through his struggles, Logan had a gift: he could light up a room, lift your spirits, and make you feel seen. His charisma was unmatched, and his heart was bigger than the battles he faced.

Surviving are his father, Lee (Sandra) Schroeder of Elk River; mother, Lacy Jo Gonzales of St. Cloud; siblings: Kaylee, Layla, Meko, and Paul.  Also surviving are his grandparents, Diane Schroeder, Dan and Patti Schroeder, Aaron and Rosa Eddy and great grandmothers, Anna Butler, Judy Schroeder, Teresa Mendoza and Inez Eddy.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dan and Annette Meyer, and great grandfathers, Robert Butler,  Richard Schroeder, Daniel Mendoza and Leon Eddy.
