Norma Jean Toutges

Norma Toutges, age 63, of Willmar, died Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at the University of Minnesota Hospital in Minneapolis.

Her memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 8, at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar.  Interment will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Willmar.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to Norma's Go Fund Me Account are preferred.

Norma Jean Toutges was born December 9, 1957, in Benson, Minnesota, the daughter of Vincent and Eleanor (Koestler) Toutges.  She grew up in Maynard and later moved with her family to Willmar, graduating from Willmar High School in 1976.  She married Michael Williams and they had one son, Tyler.  Norma worked as a mail sorter for the United States Postal Service while living in New Orleans, LA, and Charlestown, IN.  She recently returned to Willmar.

She is survived by her son: Tyler Williams of Chaska, MN; mother: Eleanor Toutges of Willmar, MN; seven siblings: Bob (Sandy) Toutges of Moorhead, MN, Ron (Pat) Toutges of Clarksville, TN, Mary Wilson of Plymouth, MN, Daniel (Vivian) Toutges of Willmar, MN, Anna Toutges (Felice Tempo) of Wayzata, MN, Corine (Steve) Klaseus of Chaska, MN, and Greg (Julie) Toutges of Mukwonago, WI; and several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Michael Williams; her father: Vincent Toutges; a sister: Donna Jesky; and a brother: Art Toutges.
