Pamela Haugen Obituary

Pamela Haugen, 69, of Willmar died December 18, 2025, at her daughter’s home in Breckenridge following an extended illness.  Her time of remembrance will be Friday, March 6th from 4-6:00 pm, with a time of sharing at 6:00 pm at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar.   www.hafh.org       

Pamela Jean Haugen was born March 6, 1956, in Willmar, the daughter of Eugene and Marjorie (Hanson) Haugen.  She grew up in Willmar where she attended her schooling.  Pam was united in marriage to Robert Johnson and to this union two children were born, Chad and Candy. They later divorced.  In 1987, Pam married Brian Olson and to this union a son, “DJ” was born.  They lived in Willmar and later divorced.  Pam was a stay-at-home mom while her children were growing up.  She later worked at Nelsen’s Cleaners for ten years before her early retirement in 2016.  In 2018, Pam moved to Raymond. 

She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Willmar.

Pam enjoyed homemaking, decorating, shopping, baking, shaking dice and playing cards. But, above all she loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. 

She is survived by her children, Candyce (Bob) Skaro of Breckenridge and Donald James “DJ” (Taylor) Olson of Atwater; eleven grandchildren: Kourtny Brown, Nicholas Olson, Jordan Olson, Seantel Olson, Charly Olson, Courtney Olson, Cassidy Skaro, Justin Skaro, Levi Hanson, Jaxson Olson and Brystal Olson; and six great-grandchildren.  Also surviving are her brothers: Daryl (Mary) Haugen of Willmar, Craig (Patty) Haugen of Redwood Falls; and her step-brother, Darrell “Sonny” Belvieau of Phoenix; and other family and friends.

She was preceded by her two husbands, Robert and Brian; son, Chad Olson; father, Eugene Haugen; mother and step-father, Marjorie and Ernest “Shorty” Beliveau.
