Ricky A Lindahl

Ricky A Lindahl, 61 of Brooten, died on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND after battling many health issues for many years. A celebration of life will be from 1-3 pm July 18, 2026 at Trinty Lutheran Church in Brooten.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.  Arrangements are with the Johnson Funeral Home in Belgrade.     

Ricky Allen Lindahl was born on June 4, 1965, in Sauk Centre the son Miles and Carol (Birch) Lindahl.  He grew-up in Belgrade and attended Belgrade High School where he participated in football and wrestling.  On October 14, 1989 he was united in marriage to Mary Evenson. They made their home in Brooten where he worked for Belgrade Steel Tank for many years before his debilitating car accident.  He enjoyed playing pool, golf, watching sports and spending time with his grandchildren.  He loved kids and always made sure he spoiled them with candy any chance he could.

He is survived by his wife, Mary of 36 years, daughter, Nicole (Aron); two grandchildren, Desi (Jerod) and Emma (Wyatt) and siblings, Diane Gerhardson, Cindy (Kent) Bouwman, Randy (Sandy) Lindahl, Roger (Stacy) Lindahl and Tammy (Duane) Braegelman.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Ricky Gerhardson.
