Ryleigh June Andreen

Ryleigh June Andreen, 17, of New London, died Monday August 16, 2021 at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Peace Lutheran Church in New London.  Visitation will be 4-7:00 p.m. Monday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.  Arrangements are with the Johnson Funeral Home in New London. 

Ryleigh June Andreen was born on August 6, 2004 in Willmar, the daughter of Mike and Michelle (Dresser) Andreen.  She grew up in New London where she attended Prairie Woods Elementary and NL-S High School. She participated in dance through Just for Kix and JV and Varsity Blackcats. She was currently working  a McMillian's as a cook and babysat for a family friend.

Ryleigh was a member of Peace Lutheran Church where she was baptized and confirmed.  She loved dance, the outdoors, ice fishing with her dad, spending time with her siblings and shopping with her mom. She will be remembered for her  kind, loving nature, genuine care for others and huge heart for all around her.

Ryleigh is survived by her mother, Michelle Andreen; father, Mike (Lisa) Andreen; siblings Andrew, Anna (Josh), Logan, Ashley (Brandon), Amber (Isiah), Trinity and Brielle; nephews, Emmitt and Noah; grandparents, Paul Andreen, Russel (Kelly) Dresser, Beth Taylor, and James Taylor. 

Ryleigh was preceded in death by her grandmother, Carol Andreen.
