San Juanita Barboza Rodriguez, 72, of Willmar, died Monday, September 6th at Bethesda Grand in Willmar. Her funeral service will be at 1:00 pm, Monday, September 13th at Assembly of God in Willmar. Visitation will be 3-5:00 pm, Sunday at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar and continue one hour prior to her service. Burial will be at Calvary Lutheran Cemetery in Willmar. San Juanita Barboza Rodriguez was born July 17, 1949, to Nicalos Barboza and Manuela Villa in San Juan, TX. She was born and raised in San Juan and attended San Juan Catholic School. In 1968 San Juanita was united in marriage to David Rodriguez. To this union six children were born: Danny, Angie, Felipe, Mary Ann, Juan “Nick” and Michelle. San Juanita eventually moved to Willmar where she started working at Jennie-O Turkey Store and continued to work there for 10 years. San Juanita was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending as much time as she could with her children. She also enjoyed playing games on her lap top, especially Candy Crush. She was a devout Christian and read the Bible and prayed the Rosary regularly.

San Juanita is survived by her children: Felipe (Kristine) Rodriguez; Mary Ann (Pedro) Ordonez, and Michelle Rodriguez Medina all of Willmar; 25 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, children: Juan “Nick” Rodriguez, Angie Morales, and Danny Rodriguez; two brothers and two sisters.
