Shane G. Cecil

Shane G. Cecil, 36, of Willmar died Sunday, February 2nd, at Carris Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar.  His funeral service will be 1:00 pm, Friday, February 7th, at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar with visitation from noon until the time of service.  Spring interment will be in Our Lady of the Lakes Cemetery in Spicer.  Arrangements are with Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar.  www.hafh.org

Shane Gray Cecil was born September 29, 1983, in Clearwater, Florida the son of Zane and Denise (Wohnoutka) Cecil.  In 1989, he moved with his family to Spicer, Minnesota where he attended New London-Spicer schools.  Shane was an avid football fan and especially enjoyed watching the Minnesota Vikings and WWE Wrestling.  He also enjoyed fishing and playing video games.

Surviving are his father and step-mother, Zane and Connie Cecil of Willmar; siblings: David Delfosse of Willmar, Jill Wilpreck of Spicer, and Shaun Cecil of West Fargo, ND; his maternal grandmother, Diane Wohnoutka of Spicer; and other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Denise Wohnoutka, his maternal grandfather Bob Wohnoutka, and his paternal grandparents Zane Sr. and Jean Cecil.
