Sheney Ousley, 63, of Willmar, died Friday, January 17th at Bethesda Grand in Willmar. Her memorial service will be at 11:00 am, Friday, January 24th at Harvey Anderson & Johnson Funeral Home in Willmar. Visitation will be one hour prior to her service. www.hafh.org
Sheney Ousley was born May 7, 1961, to Harry “Red” and Beverly (Long) Ousley in Chicago. She attended Finger High School in Chicago and graduated in 1978. She continued her education at the University of Chicago, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Sheney was united in marriage to William Edinburgh in Chicago and they continued to live there until moving to St. Paul in the early 90’s. In 2000, Sheney and her family moved to Willmar where they made their home. Sheney enjoyed gardening flowers, taking care of her Jeep and convertible, and spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mom, grandma and friend.
Sheney is survived by her children: Patrick (Brianna) Ousley of Anaheim, CA, Kelli (Ryan) Edinburgh of Willmar, and Miles Edinburgh of Willmar; grandchildren: Noah DeGrote and Adam and Malcolm Ousley; and siblings: Sabrina Ousley, Cedric Ousley, Sherieff Ousley, and Melody Ousley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Harry “Tot” Ousley.
